I’d already been through a small graveyard of supplements trying to ease some peri-menopause symptoms, especially the brain fog and the “walk into a room and forget why you’re there” moments. It was getting a bit ridiculous.

Easy to take and no after tastes
Further to my previous review, I’ve found that keeping it in its packet in a cupboard rather than the fridge makes it perfect to handle and cut pieces off with scissors. I love it melted in my tea.
