Cancellation policy

<h2>How subscriptions work</h2>
<p>Choosing "Subscribe & Save" on a product page sets up a repeat delivery and takes 10% off every order, including the first one. Your payment details are stored securely by our payment provider — we never see or hold your full card number.</p>
<p>You will be emailed before each renewal is charged, so a delivery never arrives unexpectedly.</p>

<h2>Managing your subscription</h2>
<p>Everything below can be done yourself, at any time, without contacting us:</p>
<ul>
  <li>Change how often you are billed</li>
  <li>Skip an upcoming delivery</li>
  <li>Swap to a different product or size</li>
  <li>Update your delivery address or payment card</li>
  <li>Pause your subscription</li>
  <li>Cancel outright</li>
</ul>

<h2>Cancelling</h2>
<p>There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee. You can cancel at any point up to the day before a renewal is due, and you never have to email us or speak to anyone to do it.</p>
<p>If a renewal has already been charged but not yet dispatched, contact us and we will cancel and refund it.</p>

<h2>Choosing the right interval</h2>
<p>Pick the interval that matches how long your pack actually lasts, not the default. A 60-capsule pack taken twice daily lasts about a month; a larger jar of Shilajit resin lasts considerably longer. If deliveries are arriving faster than you can use them, change the interval in your portal or skip a delivery — you should never be stockpiling.</p>

<h2>Price changes</h2>
<p>If we change the price of a subscription product, we will tell you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect, and you can cancel or change your subscription before then.</p>
