A three-ingredient capsule blend of shilajit, lion's mane mushroom and Irish sea moss. Sixty capsules per pack, in a plant-based shell. It is the simpler option if you want shilajit without weighing out resin.
What's in it
Per capsule:
- Shilajit extract — 200mg. A mineral-rich resin that has been used in Ayurvedic practice for centuries.
- Lion's mane mushroom powder — 300mg. An edible mushroom with a long history of use in East Asian food and herbal traditions.
- Irish sea moss powder — 300mg. A seaweed traditionally used in Irish and Caribbean cooking.
- Vegetarian capsule shell (HPMC). Plant-derived, with no animal ingredients.
How to take it
Take one to two capsules daily with water. The amounts above are per capsule, so taking two gives you twice each figure. Do not exceed the stated daily serving.
Suitability
Vegan. Free from animal derivatives, additives and preservatives.

One pack is a 30-day supply, and a two-pack is available if you would rather not reorder monthly.

Can I cancel a subscription myself?
Yes. Log in to your account to change the interval, skip a delivery, update your details or cancel outright. There is no minimum number of orders and you never need to email us to stop it.
Can I return it?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel, and a further 14 days to send it back — including items bought at a discount. Sealed supplements cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.
