Hi, I have been using these the past month, I have noticed a massive difference in my sleep for one, I used to be up and down all night, but now I can get a solid 6-8 hrs sleep a night!! Having never used them before and recommended by a friend, I thought I’d give them a try. Very pleased that I did as I now have come off my pain killers and feel much better.
I have been using the patches for a week now and can honestly say they work for me. I was sceptical at first as I have used gummies and they had no effect at all. I would say these are 80% effective. Would recommend.
