What's in it
Per 2-capsule serving:
- Passionflower — 240mg. A climbing plant with a long history of use in European herbal tradition.
- Valerian root — 100mg. Used in European herbal practice since antiquity.
- Lavender — 100mg. Traditionally taken as an infusion as well as used in perfumery.
- Chamomile — 50mg. One of the oldest and most widely drunk herbal infusions in Europe.
Capsule shell: HPMC (vegetarian).
How to take it
Take two capsules in the evening with water. Do not exceed the stated daily serving.

Suitable for vegans — the capsule shell is HPMC rather than gelatine. No allergen statement is given on the current label.

You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel, and a further 14 days to send it back — including items bought at a discount. Sealed supplements cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.
