What's in it
- Tongkat ali (Eurycoma longifolia) — a plant native to South East Asia, with a long history of traditional use in Malaysia.
- Fadogia agrestis — a shrub that grows in West Africa.
- Turkesterone — an ecdysteroid, a class of compound found in the plant Ajuga turkestanica.

How to take it
Take two capsules daily with water, preferably with food. Do not exceed the stated daily serving.

Can I cancel a subscription myself?
Yes. Log in to your account to change the interval, skip a delivery, update your details or cancel outright. There is no minimum number of orders and you never need to email us to stop it.
Can I return it?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel, and a further 14 days to send it back — including items bought at a discount. Sealed supplements cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.
