What's in it
- Wholefood live culture complex, 100 billion CFU — a 34-strain blend. Strains include Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium lactis, Bifidobacterium longum, Bifidobacterium breve, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactobacillus casei, Lactococcus lactis, Streptococcus thermophilus, Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Torulaspora delbrueckii. The complete list of all 34 is printed on the pack.
- Organic plant fibre complex, 150mg — organic Jerusalem artichoke root, gum arabic (acacia stem and branch exudate), Fibergum Bio and organic chicory root powder.
- Enzyme complex, 200mg — glucoamylase, amylase, lipase, protease, maltase, cellulase, bromelain, papain and lactase.
- Fruit and vegetable complex, 50mg — strawberry, carrot, raspberry, green pea, cherry, red bell pepper and plum.
- Other ingredients — vegetable capsule shell and organic rice hull.
How to take it
Take one capsule a day, preferably with a meal.

The 100 billion CFU figure is the total across the whole 34-strain blend, not a per-strain amount, and the individual strain quantities are not broken out. The capsule is a delayed-release format.
