Berberine Patches with Green Tea are patches you wear on the skin, with 30 patches in a pack. Each patch holds 70mg of a berberine and green tea extract blend, so a pack contains 2100mg of the blend in total.
How to use it
Apply one patch a day to clean, dry skin on a hairless area — the inner forearm or the shoulder work well. Wear it for up to 8 hours, then remove it. Use a different spot each day. At one patch a day, a pack lasts a month.
Suitability
The patches are latex-free. They contain green tea extract, which is a source of caffeine.

This is a patch, not a capsule or tablet — nothing is swallowed. If your skin becomes red or irritated, take the patch off and stop using them. Store the pack in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

Can I cancel a subscription myself?
Yes. Log in to your account to change the interval, skip a delivery, update your details or cancel outright. There is no minimum number of orders and you never need to email us to stop it.
Can I return it?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel, and a further 14 days to send it back — including items bought at a discount. Sealed supplements cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.
