What's in the bundle
- Raw Live Cultures — a multi-strain live culture supplement in capsule form.
- Pure Himalayan Shilajit Resin, 20g — a purified resin and a source of fulvic acid. Shilajit is a traditional Himalayan preparation, long used in Ayurvedic practice.
- Ultra Green Gummies — a chewable greens blend that includes spirulina and chlorella.

How to take it
One Raw Live Cultures capsule daily. For the shilajit, dissolve a portion about the size of a grain of rice in warm water, once daily. Two Ultra Green Gummies daily. The order and timing are up to you — some people take the capsule and the gummies in the morning and the shilajit later in the day.
Good to know
The three items are sized to run out at roughly the same time, which makes the routine easier to keep up. They arrive as three separate packs with their own labels, and the label on each pack is what you should follow.

Can I cancel a subscription myself?
Yes. Log in to your account to change the interval, skip a delivery, update your details or cancel outright. There is no minimum number of orders and you never need to email us to stop it.
Can I return it?
You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel, and a further 14 days to send it back — including items bought at a discount. Sealed supplements cannot be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons.
