I’ll be honest: I went into this with some skepticism. There’s a lot of hype around shilajit—especially with the whole “alpha male” narrative getting pushed everywhere—but after 3 weeks on The Antidotes Shilajit, I’m sold.

I keep the resin in the fridge — makes it way easier to break off a clean piece without the sticky mess. Just dissolve it in warm water or tea and you’re good to go.
